This is a topic close to my heart, hence the reason why I cannot complete any training¬† session without mentioning about it. Why is it close to my heart? It is because it has helped me go through many difficult times in life and I believe it is the same for everyone. It levels mountains, it fills valleys, life simply becomes a song when you embrace a positive mental attitude. I believe it is synonymous to faith. It does not mean people who have embraced it don’t get caught up in negative thoughts, they do but they quickly realize and shift the mind to the positive. Resulting to getting over the negative state/ mode and switching the gear to the positive which makes the world go round.
It pays to start the day with gratitude and end with gratitude. To deliberately make a decision to remain positive.
What are you grateful for? Write it down. At the beginning of each day and at the end, before you resign to bed… Write it down. A minimum of 5 things you are grateful for. After a few days, there will be a difference in how you feel and how your days are like. Your days will be more positive, you will be able to accomplish much and when faced with a difficult situation you will be sober and calm, enabling you go over it more easily and in a shorter time. Happiness levels will go up and life becomes a song.
